As we concentrate on programming, our help pages are pretty much abandoned at this time.

Search help

To perform a boolean search, please use - and plus signs next to words.
examples:
"rss feeds" will find anything that contains either "rss" or "feeds"
"+rss +feeds" will find anything that contains "rss" And "feeds"
"+rss -feeds" will find anything that contains either "rss" but not "feeds"
We are also working on a solution to implement time based searches (e.g. search in news that are newer than 3 days old)

Robots complaints, requests

We do not crawl anymore for new feeds, when we did we obeyed robots.txt. On one occasion a script broke HAVOC and crawled everything in it's way for like a day, 5 levels deep. We try to avoid that.

How can i get your robot out of my site? You do not obey robots.txt?

We do not crawl, we access a single url for syndication. If you do not like this, please put a REJECT rule on your firewall for ips 206.123.68.83-86 and 64.92.175.42-46.
While I think that a single url access is not crawling, I still respect common sense, so if you think I should implement a robots.txt checking, drop me a mail, if I have requests for it, I will implement it.

How do I remove my feed from your site?

See the answer above. Do not send me a mail to remove your feed, I do not have a way verifying your identity and I can say from experience that people WILL submit other's sites for removal if they can.
If my program was able to access your feed, it is published on a public domain, and I can access it. If you insist on removing your feed, drop me a mail after making sure that the above mentioned ip cannot access it. When robots.txt is implemented (if requested) you will be able to put us into your robots.txt deny rules, and submit it for removal.
